The Christian Federalist Party in its current incarnation was founded in the year 2514 but did not compete in elections until the following year. The party has stood for free market capitalism, Christian morality, and the principle of federalism in government (hence the Federalist name). The party's fortunes have ebbed and flowed throughout the years although the CFP has always managed to be one of the larger parties in Valruzia.
