Stovic is the Commander and Skipper of the U.S.S. Enterprise, the same ship that NCIS Agent Afloat Stanley Burley was assigned to prior to the events in High Seas (episode). Upon realizing what was going, Stovic told Burley and Leroy Jethro Gibbs that if there was a drug problem, he also needed to know why any testing procedures on board the ship hadn't even picked up the problem because lives depended on it with Gibbs assuring him that the NCIS Agents would do everything in their power to find out the truth and also bring the person responsible to justice.
