Heinrich "Heinz" Praßdorf (7 December 1918 – 8 November 2000) was a German U-boat machinist in World War II and recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross (). The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership. He was born and died in Rostock.
