The rewards from the patch depend on the user's Hunter level; kebbit claws at level 23, barb-tail harpoon at level 33, kebbit spike at level 37, diseased kebbit fur at level 44, and kebbit teeth at level 51. Just like every other divine location, players can only craft one of these per day.
