Europa, founded in 2067 was an organization that safeguarded Europe from the world. This means that if one country was to begin war on a country in Europa, the whole of Europa would attack. Europa replaced the European Union in a bid to encourage 'change' in the European society. The headquarters is in South Bank in London, in the site of the former ITV studios.
