Bakal Vrata was a world in the Outer Rim of the galaxy. An ecumenopolis, much of the planet’s surface was covered in a series of massive cities, separated by diminishing oceans. In spite of this, the planet was an economically poor one, its cities decaying havens of crime and villainy that served as breeding grounds for various undesirable elements. Described as being completely lacking in redeeming features, the world did, however, hold numerous secrets.
