The Black Knight is the evil-aligned promotion of the cavalier in Might and Magic VII: For Blood and Honor. To be promoted to black knights, cavaliers must seek out Frederick Org in Erathia and complete his quest to raid the treasury in Castle Navan in the Tularean Forest. Black knights gain 9 hit points per level. Compared to cavaliers, they can learn grandmaster sword, spear, plate, shield, body building, repair item, and armsmaster instead of master. Good-aligned cavaliers can instead be promoted to champions. They can learn skills to the same level as black knights.
