Inoue Katsu is the former Centurion (Commander) of Tetria Ferratta (Legion III) within the Terra division of the Ordo Imperialis (formerly the Novus Ordo Imperialis, the Venuma Coalition, and the Alliance Navy II), and is also a talented scripter that is highly involved with Titan Industries Incorporated. His former legion, Tetria Ferratta, is geared towards European Second Life Users; although with the addition of the old Urban Cohorts (now know as Contubernium I: Invictus) into his legion this distinct is now in the vague.
