Richard Riley is a former NASCAR driver from Charlotte, NC. He competed in fifteen Nextel Cup Series events in his career, spanning from 1956 to 1960. Riley would earn four top-tens, bested by a 6th at Charlotte in 1959. 1959 was also Riley's best year points-wise, coming home 50th.
