Sentry Point is an official skirmish map from Supreme Commander. The defining point of this map is the presence of Civilian units. There is a small defensive post in the center of the map, which is a key position in terms of long range units and unit projection. Taking this also rewards additional mass deposits. The base holds wall, point defense, and generic civilian buildings. While taking this central base is not essential, and can be detrimental if you invest too many resources into it, it is certainly a boon. It is the high ground, and the high ground is the right ground.
