The front should have Washington facing left and 1776·1976 below. On the rear, there should be an a man playing the drums and a torch with 13 stars circling it, which has a QUARTER DOLLAR in the middle along with UNITED STATES of AMERICA. The rims are reeded. This issue, like the 1976 halves and dollars, carries a Bicentennial reverse. 1976 coins were also produced in 1975, so no 1975-dated quarters were issued.
