The "Pocket Sand" Accord is an MDoAP between Global Alliance and Treaty Organization, and Children of the Morrighan. It was originally signed between Global Alliance and Treaty Organization and The Sandstorm Confederacy and announced on August 26, 2016. After The Sandstorm Confederacy merged with Pax Corvus to form Children of the Morrighan on August 28, the Accord was transferred to the new alliance and re-announced on August 31.
