Splatter Punks are a vicious street gang of Old Detroit. They were employed by Paul McDaggett to assist the Rehabs in eliminating the remaining rebels in Cadillac Heights. One could theorize that the Splatterpunk gangs are a result of the heavy use of Nuke from Robocop 2 amongst teens and adults. Their hyper-violent tendencies and degraded mental capacity could be a result of the drug fading from the streets after the death of Kane and the destruction of the Nuke Labs, leading the former users to become warring psychotics.
