The Romulan Naval Academy (Rihan: "Phi'lasasam") was the primary training facility operated by the Romulan Star Navy and was located on Romulus. The Academy's primary function was to train officers for the Navy as well as serving as a command training school for experienced officers. During the early 2370s, a clone of Annika Hansen was the lead dancer of the Academy's ballet troupe, who performed for the Senate roughly once every Earth year. (RIS Bouteina)
