Jeram's Bracers are Legendary bracers in Diablo III, added in patch 2.3.0. They require character level 28 to drop. The unique affix is especially deadly when combined with Helltooth Harness set. The 2 seconds cooldown-free window does not change the total cooldown. An undocumented special effect of these bracers is increasing the Wall of Death attack speed by 30%, for casting purposes only (has no effect on damage output), so that new Walls can be summoned quickly enough in the 2 second window.
