The Battle of Korriban was a key battle of the Successors War in that it saw the unification of Darth Krayt's Sith Coalition and Darth Wyyrlok's armada into one cohesive force. Both sides suffered light losses, and following the battle both fleets would fight under the banner of the Coalition; with Darth Wyyrlok serving as Krayt's second-in-command. It was later suggested that Wyyrlok "threw" the battle and deliberately lost after he had been satisfied by Krayt's "prowess".
