Jikogai (自己害, Literally Meaning: Self Harm or Self Evil Influence) is a Juinjutsu technique given to people affiliated with Shiroato. Being a very secretive organization located in Kumogakure, it's leader, Hisoka, became absolutely obsessed with keeping Shiroato's sensitive information a secret. To make sure that the information was kept hidden, Hisoka invented a special Juinjutsu. Essentially, this seal, which is also connected to the victim's brain, erases any memories containing info on the organization, making it impossible for techniques like the Psycho Mind Transmission to work. The juinjutsu is activated when the victim is fearful and will potentially speak about the organization. For representatives like Hiramasa Ginrei, the technique is constantly active.
