Silas Sinister is the main antagonist in Return to Halloweentown and he is part of the centuries-old evil organization known as the Dominion. He has three daughters named Scarlett, Sage and Sapphire, also collectively called themselves the Sinister Sisters, and his henchmen are Chancellor Goodwin and Dr. Ichabod Grogg who are too fellow high-ranking masters of the Dominion. He was portrayed by Keone Young.
