The Liberation of Cato Neimoidia was a battle during the War of Secession. A trio of Star Destroyers commanded by Nicole Kroger engaged the Imperial armada in the upper atmosphere and provided air support, while Cole Kroger commanded, via hologram, their army of Confederate troopers in an assault on the citadel, where Gunray and the Trade Federation elite were being held hostage by the Galactic Empire. Cole Kroger had expressed his desire to personally led his troops, but his status as President of Congress prevented him from risking his life on the battlefield.
