Africpo (Japanese: Mudpo) is a Water type Pokémon introduced in Generation VI. Its species is the SWAMP HIPPO (MUD HIPPO in Japanese) Pokémon. It is a blue and brown hippopotamus with dark brown patches on its body and two blunt teeth on its mouth. It is also the heaviest starter Pokémon in their base forms. Along with Vixleaf and Coalcub, Africpo is one of the starter Pokémon of the Ritto region, able to be chosen at the beginning of Pokémon Sun, Moon, and Starlight Versions.
