This region is the Neutral Zone, where the people voted to stay isolated from the rest of the Retrovian Empire. This republic is the first member of the Union of Free States, and one of the members of the Supreme Minority Council. The government is a regima abscondido or "concealed regime", this means it's neutral in any wars in the spheres of the Retrovian Empire.
