The Petition of 2,000 was a document signed by the entirety of the senators in the Delegation of 2,000, formally protesting Supreme Chancellor Sheev Palpatine's actions during the Clone Wars, and requesting that he cede the emergency powers he had claimed back to the Galactic Senate following the conclusion of the war.
