Santa-chan (サンタちゃん Santa-chan) is a mysterious man appearing throughout Futo, usually promoting local companies, and is always dressed like Santa Claus. Though he is seen in a Santa Claus outfit almost all the time, he dons a reindeer outfit on Christmas Day instead.
