Numbuh 16 of Sector N is a member of Sector N. He appeared in Operation: M.A.C.A.R.R.O.N.I., along with the rest of his team, trying to stall the return of Numbuh 13. He also made an appearance in Operation: I.T. at the Kids Next Door Moonbase and in Operation: Z.E.R.O. at the Kids Next Door Seriously Cool Museum of Artifacts and Stuff.
