Officer Hartzell is a guard for Governor Truman Burrell on the HBO original series True Blood. Played by American actor Todd Quillen, Officer Hartzell makes his debut on the episode "The Sun" in the series' sixth season. Working for the Governor procuring vampires to place in Burrell's vampire concentration camp, Officer Hartzell is the guard who captures Eric Northman, and is last seen on the subsequent episode, "You're No Good", in the same season. __TOC__
