Count Harken Maganox is the developer of the man-packable Hive Engine and therefore is likely to be a weak or moderate spark. The first knowledge we have of him is when his signature is read on an a captured hive engine. He may or may not live near Hraggle's Point. We do not know for certain because the raid on Hraggle's Point is where the hive engine was acquired. The Count could be from anywhere.
