The inventor of the fire-ram. During one of the wars with Elde Island, Lishni and his flotilla of six cutters was cut off from the mainland by a much larger and more powerful force. In a moment of desperation he came up with his invention, and then went and sank 7 of the 10 enemy ships. After another moment of inspiration, he took his men ashore, captured the palace, and forced a surrender right then. See also Meta:Lishni.
