The Ferguslie RDA is a low rise maisonette scheme in Ferguslie, Paisley. Housing in the area consists of 3 and 4 storey blocks of deck access housing. There is a fairly high occupancy rate which is down to the estate's close proximity to the town centre. It was developed during the 1960s and lies south of Ferguslie Park, east of Millarston, north and west of the West End (Paisley) district. It is arguably the most successful of all the suburbs in Ferguslie.
