The Anastas Medal of Achievement was an award given to members of the United Federation of Planets. Created on Stardate 2/5001 by Starfleet Command, it was named after the first female starship captain and was awarded to a female officer of executive command rank or higher to those who had demonstrated superior skill as well as expertise when facing extreme hazard. It took the appearance of a platinum disk which showed the principal representatives of the Federation with their hands joined. Written underneath the gold was the inscription "Achieve Together". It hanged from an aquamarine ribbon.
