The Guild name change service (called "Guild Name Change" by Blizzard) is part of Guild Master Services under their overall Guild Services support (although they are basically the same thing). It allows a guild leader to change the name of the guild for a one time fee of US$20 or €20 (£15). A guild name change is free with either a guild leader faction change or guild leader realm transfer.
