The Pirate party foul 21-23 was a little known Space Pirate regulation used by the Space Pirates. It states that one should "Never interrupt a band of grogged up space pirates simply because you lost you robotic mate and seek the assistance of a dead captain." Ironically, Ratchet broke the regulation during his search of his robotic mate (Clank) by seeking assistance from a dead captain (Angstrom Darkwater) on planet Merdegraw. Because he broke the Space Pirate's rule, he and Talwyn Apogee were blasted to Hoolefar Island via a cannon as punishment.
