Khalil Sa'id was an Egyptian-born Petty Officer Second Class who originally worked at Camp Delta before transferring to Gitmo and who was also fluent in Arabic, Uyghur and Pashto where he worked alongside Paula Cassidy. He died on Route 522, nearly killing a biker couple in the process with Sa'id's remains eventually winding up in NCIS custody where Medical Examiner Donald Mallard and his assistant Gerald Jackson performed an autopsy on Sa'id's body.
