All characters are able to learn Ruinga: * Lightning at Stage 8. * Sazh at Stage 9. * Snow at Stage 8. * Vanille at Stage 10. * Hope at Stage 9. * Fang at Stage 8. Ruinga is especially useful against a group of fast enemies, such as the enemies at Sulyya Springs, because it interrupts the enemies' actions when used and stops them from ganging up on a single character.
