Peter "ZZ" Zege Zilch (also known simply as "ZZ") was the current leader of the Black Brotherhood and who was involved in what happened to Lorwich. Ted Carnby once met ZZ at a fundraiser. The fundraiser included an auction , where Zilch was interested in the Groth-Golka teeth. * In the suicide note of Gabriella Saunder's father, he mentions Peter's middle name. Carnby arrested him on one occasion, but he somehow managed to get away.
