The Ghostfinder fleet was a fleet that according to Fleet Admiral Gial Ackbar fought against the Sith armada and managed to outmatch and outfox their opponent despite being a smaller force. Ackbar recalled the Ghostfinder fleet whilst at the Battle of Jakku, where the New Republic's fleet was larger than that of the Galactic Empire yet the Empire had been destroying many Republic ships.
