Elaine Wickfen is a character from both the Century 21 audio-story The Stately Homes Robberies and its visual counterpart. She is the owner of Wickfen's Boutique and runs it alongside Cynthia. Lady Penelope is her best customer. She was voiced by Sylvia Anderson.
