Gaikikengakure (Gaikikengakure, 外気圏里) is the Village Hidden in the Exosphere. The shinobi residing in this village possess extremely powerful kekkei genkai revolving aroung the Fundamental Forces. It is a very proud and observant village, never interfering with the affairs of the world below, only watching and observing from above.
