Installation 01, also known as Epsilon Halo to humanity, was one of the seven Halo fortress worlds built by the Forerunners. Installation 01 orbited the gas giant Abellio in the Lugus system, and is managed by its Monitor, 001 Repentant Observer. It is notable for being the only ring to fire twice.
