Adam was originally known as the ugly baby of Carol and Michael when he was introduced in "The Hamptons". Later in the "The Soul Mate", when Carol offers to show Elaine pictures of him, she reveals that his name is Adam. While it is implied that Adam had grown since Elaine last saw him, he still appears to be ugly as the sight of the pictures cause Elaine to turn away in obvious disgust.
