Beside her work on Star Trek, Weiner had a featured role in the horror comedy Addams Family Values (1993, with Christopher Lloyd, Carel Struycken, Rick Scarry, Ian Abercrombie, and Camille Saviola). Following a break from acting she returned to the screen for a 1999 episode of Home Improvement. Further acting credits include episodes of Philly (2002, with Lindsey Haun and Frank Novak) and Boston Public (2003, with Jeri Ryan) and the crime drama Red Dragon (2002, with John Rubinstein, David Doty, Brenda Strong, Michael Cavanaugh, Elizabeth Dennehy, William Lucking, and Mark Moses).
