Yamanu (山野, Yamanu) is a highly dedicated and skillful Shinobi to Kusagakure, currently being assigned as a member of its Border Patrol Unit along the mountains bordering Iwagakure. Due to his pronounced skill in swordsmanship, his base of occupation and mountainous resolve, he is regarded as the Mountain's Grass Blade (山の草剣, Yama no Sōken) among the village's locality, for good reason.
