Lt. Nara Burns and Marsala shared one of these before Burns' promotion. Their Algernon Upgrade was a cloaking device. (Even for Algernon, it is impossible to mount one on an object any smaller). The Neo Sapien equivalent was the Troop Transport E-frame.
