Hlartenth was a human wizard from the city of Procampur in the Vast in the mid–14th century DR. Hlartenth was a member of the Zhentarim. Around 1358 DR, he served as a mageling to Ruatheene and was based in a Zhentilar camp in the valley of Arntethyl by the river Tesh. He was under a curse that changed him from male to female, or back again, every few hours.
