Fallenspire Stronghold was a bunker stronghold used by the Death's Claw pirate gang as their primary base on the planet Taris. It was named after the wreckage of the Endar Spire, which sat just south of the stronghold. A number of Republic soldiers who were captured by the pirates were imprisoned there, but Havoc Squad tracked down the missing soldiers and rescued Ensign Tane and the other captives. Elara Dorne and her Search and Rescue Squad 204 then escorted the survivors to safety.
