Lieutenant Jeffrey Talbot-Weiss was a British officer stationed on the Afghan-Indian border. In 1938, his outpost provided guns and supplies to Indiana Jones, who was mounting a mission to rescue Sophia Hapgood from the Waziri clan chieftain, Khan Muzzard Ram.
