Policella Porwit (ポリセラ・ポルヴィット) served as Princess Kagura's secretary, and as her jijū in the past. Policella hire the assassins Giratin, Daz, and Rocco to kill Yoko, presumably according to Princess Kagura's wishes. Policella was killed by Baron Muster via Krista Morten poisoning during the 12th Edom Assembly over the Tiida Kagan irradiation rights.
