Unfortunately instead of killing NPC's or a Boss to get the key, you have to help a Rascallion. He managed to steal the key from his Captain, but in the process he lost a bunch of precious belongings, including: His pet parrot, his Cutlass, and a Pearl. Now you have to re-claim these lost items so you can get the key, but just to warn you: Pirates are not good dealers.
