Jacob Hayes School of the Arts is a dance academy located in Kensington. It's staff members include Dr. Octavious Leroy and Crystal Stacy, a former student of the school. In 1984, Maurice Hall, who was dating Crystal at the time, sought to become a student at the school in Dr. Leroy's class after watching through the windows at night and practicing the routines along with the class. He auditioned, giving a wonderful performance that likely would've led to him being accepted had he not been murdered later that same night.
