Barbara Alexandra "Sandra" Reemer is a Dutch-Indo singer. She represented the Netherlands three times in the 1970s, all credited under a different name each time. Her first participation was at the Eurovision Song Contest 1972 performing the song Als het om liefde gaat with Dries Holten as the duo Sandra & Andres. They finished in 4th place. She came back as a soloist 4 years later on home ground at the Eurovision Song Contest 1976 in The Hague performing The Party's Over, finishing in 9th place.
