Kazuhisa Takenouchi (竹之内和久) was an episode director for the first two seasons of the Sailor Moon anime. Notable episodes directed by him include the first appearance of Sailor Mars, the first appearance of Sailor Jupiter, and the first episode of the Sailor Moon R season. Kazuhisa has also done work on the second anime series with the storyboards of episodes 17 and 20.
